Eligibility criteria:

• A valid ADIB Visa Covered Card issued by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (“ADIB”) (an “ADIB” Visa Card) must be used for the payment.
• The minimum transaction amount to be eligible for the offer is AED 300 on an ADIB Visa Covered Card at Namshi.
• The offer will be awarded on all qualifying transactions and is limited to two transactions per customer during the Campaign Period.
• The offer will be applied automatically to qualifying Cardholders at checkout when making the payment using an ADIB Visa Covered Card during the Campaign Period.

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Namshi Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Namshi.com. • By participating in this Campaign, customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Islamic Banking Services that prohibit using ADIB Covered Card to purchase any non-Shari’a compliant products or services as determined by ADIB’s Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
